After graduating from University of Richmond with an International Business Degree, Elvin transitioned to an early stage, DC tech start up in the Government Affairs space. As one of the first sales hires, he helped close the company’s first million dollars in annual recurring revenue. During his time there, he saw the small company explode in size from 20 employees to well over 150. This experience gave Elvin a first hand look at how to successfully scale a business while retaining top talent and growing a brand. Most importantly, many of the traits learned while working at a successful early-stage startup have translated well into real estate. Specifically, Elvin has a tremendous bias for action and the ability to handle stressful situations during real estate transactions with tenacity and resolve.
Since starting his career in real estate Elvin has seen tremendous success. In 2017, he quadrupled the average number of annual home sales for local agents (5.5 homes sold/year) in the DC metro area. Elvin’s eagerness to learn and stay up to date on local market trends allows him to deliver exceptional client service.
When not on the clock, Elvin can be found training at a local boxing gym or camping and hiking with his Chocolate Lab, Nash.
