Cameron Station, A Neighborhood That Has it All

Cameron Station, originally an Army installation, was redeveloped in the 1990’s with town homes, condos, and single family homes built on a 101 acre area. Often Alexandria is seen as a transitory place for people to live, with an influx of residents moving in and out of the area. The popularity of Cameron Station can also be noted in the current values of homes, too. Over the past year, prices have ranged from $300,000 for condos to $1 million for a single family home. These properties have a strong market value and are worth the investment.
